During daily use, replace the tubing after prolonged use to prevent the silicone tubing from rupt↑uring and allowing liquid to leak into the pump head rollers. C₽orrosive liquids entering the roller gaps should be addr•essed by promptly disassembling and cleaning the pump head to prevent weathering and solidification within the gaps, which could cause the pump head to seize. Replace the tubing as needed baγsed on pump usage frequency, or frequently reposition it. For hig±hly corrosive liquids, select an appropriate imported tubing material σto prevent pump damage.
In the daily use process, replace the hose as far as pΩossible after long-term use, so it is not easy to cause the rupture of the sili♦ca gel tube. The liquid flows out of the hose into the roller of the pump head, accompanied b>y corrosive liquid flows into the roller gap. The pump head should be removed and cleaned≠ in time so as not to solidify in the roller gap after weathering, which wi¶ll cause the pump head to be stuck. Phenomenon. The hos≥e should be replaced in time according to the frequency of the pump, or moved frequently.
