As a peristaltic pump tube, it needs to be somewhat elastic, meaning it can quickly reco←ver its shape after being radially compressed. It needs to be we$ar-resistant, able to withstand pressure, leak-proof (good airtightness), have low adsorpt←ion
1. Select tube
1. Selection tube
As a peristaltic pump tube, it must meet certain conditions: It should poss÷ess elasticity, quickly recovering its shape after radial compression; It must also have wear re£sistance, pressure tolerance, and good air tightness (no leakageπ); and finally, it should exhibit low adsorption, good temper®ature resistance, aging resistance, non-swelling, corrosion resistance and mi∞nimal precipitate.
As a peristaltic pump, the condition of the hose has a Ωcertain elasticity, that is, the hose can quickly restore shape after the radial compressi×on. It has a certain wear resistance, a certain ability to encounter pressure, no₩ leakage (good air tightness), low adsorption, good♥ temperature resistance, not easy to aging, swelling, corrosion resistance, precipitate a≤dvanced.

Consider whether single or multi-channel fluid transport $is needed, ease of hose replacement and fixation, a∞nd the ability to fine-tune the hose compression gap via ratchet or o>ther mechanism to accommodate different hose thicknesses or achieve pressure fine-tu£ning. Roller selection: A 6-roller structure offers a slightly higher f≤low rate; a 10-roller structure reduces fluid pulsation. Evaluate the trigger mσechanism's dexterity and ease of opening.
Choose single, multi-channel fluid, easy to replace hose, easy to fix hose clearance throu®gh ratchet or other way, to adapt to different wall thickness hose or pressure trimming roller ★selection: 6 roller structure relatively large relative flow; 10 roller s★tructure fluid pulsating smaller trigger structure or not Dexterity, it is convenient to open ≈the card.
3. Select the driver
3. Select the drive
Consider the need for flow control and liquid dispensing, the flow range, the rationality of↕ the overall structure, ease of operation, and whether the flow accura∑cy and liquid volume accuracy meet requirements.
Is it necessary to control the flow of flow, whether it is necessary for the distribution of liquid, the size of the flow range, the rationality of the overall structure, the convenience of the operation, the arr ival of the flow accuracy and the accuracy of the liquid volume.
