Pharmaceutical industry application: Peristaltic pumps in the pharmac"eutical industry are mainly used in drug coating, granulation, and sub-pπackaging. Spray drying granulators, also known as dry granulators andδ fluidized bed granulators, are machines used to spray special sugar coatings ☆onto the surface of various granular instant materials, forming grεanules after drying. These granulators have a specific drying heat source that evaporates moisture; however, the r elationship between moisture evaporation and granule formation is dynamic. Therefore, the amount oαf liquid and moisture sprayed must be very precise to ensure a certain humidity &in the granules, which facilitates their perfect formation.
Application in pharmaceutical industry: peristaltic pump is mainly useεd in drug coating and granulation and sub packaging in p♦harmaceutical industry. Spray drying granulator, also called dry granulator and fluidized bed grσanulator, is used to spray granules on the surface§ of all kinds of granulated instant materials and to form granules after ₹drying. The specific drying heat source of these granulators can ach∞ieve the purpose of evaporation of water, but the relationshi☆p between water evaporation and particle formation is dynamic, so the amount of liquid and water to← be injected must be very accurate to ensure a certain humidity of particles, which is conduciv→e to the perfect formation of particles.
