Tube Installation

◆ Press the push button (DG-1A, DG-1B includes push b♣utton) or the corner of the card to remove the card

◆ Place the tube in the card slot; the two ends (STOP) ‍will secure the tube to the card. The distance between the STOPS should ÷be 72mm to ensure consistent flow rate across all channels.

◆ Insert the cards with the installed tubes into the pump body sequential£ly, completing the tube installation.

Control Circuit

◆ BCD coded switch, 15-speed adjustment
◆ When the BCD coded switch is set to "0", it is contr<olled by an external signal.
◆ Terminals 1 and 2 are external signal input terminals. Terminal 1 is βpositive, terminal 2 is negative. External signals include: 0-10K→Hz, 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, RS485 communication control, choose one.
◆ Terminals 3 and 5 control start/stop. Open or disconnected : pump runs; Closed: pump stops.
◆ Terminals 4 and 5 control direction. Open or disconnected: pump ÷runs clockwise; Closed: pump runs counter-clockwis€e.
◆ Terminals 6 and 7 are power input terminals. Terminal 7 is positive, te∑rminal 6 is negative. DC24V is recommended.
