Tube Installation

◆ Manually pull the lever outward and rotate the pressure block assembly
◆ Install two beads on the tube to secure the tube and prevent slippage. Install the tube an d manually rotate the rollers to ensure the tube is ₹in the middle of the rollers.
◆ Rotate the pressure block assembly and engage the lever
Control Circuit

◆ 15-speed adjustment via BCD coded switch
◆ Set the BCD coded switch to "0" for external signal control
◆ Terminals 1 and 2 are the RS485 communication control input terminals; 1 is positive, 2 is negative.
◆ Terminals 3 and 4 are the external signal input terminals; 3 is positive, 4 is negative. External signals include: 0-10KHz, 0-5V, 0-10V, σ4-20mA (choose one).
◆ Terminals 5 and 7 control start and stop. When open or disconnected, the pump runs; when closed, the pump stops.
◆ Terminals 6 and 7 control direction. When open or ₹disconnected, the pump runs clockwise; when closed, the pump runs co★unter-clockwise.
◆ Terminals 8 and 9 are the power input terminals; 9 is ↓positive, 8 is negative. DC24V is recommended.
