It is suitable for pharmaceutical, daily chemical, food, pestic ide and special industries. It is an ideal granular slurry visco£us fluid filling equipment. The machine is a semi-automatic piston filling ma≤chine, which can fill granular slurry fluid materials.
機(jī)型小(xiǎo)巧，立式結構，節省場(chǎng)地(dì)。
Small model, vertical structure, saving space.
操作(zuò)方便，氣動元件(jiàn)均采用(yòng)德國(guó)FESTO和(hé)台灣AirTac氣動元件(jiàn)。¶
It is easy to operate. The German FESTO and Taiwan AirTac pneumatic components are used in all pneu matic components.
物(wù)料接觸部分(fēn)均采用(yòng)316L不(bù)鏽鋼材料制(zhì)成，符合GMP要(yào)求。
The contact parts of materials are made of 316L stainless steel, wh ich meets the requirements of GMP.
灌裝閥由氣動閥控制(zhì)，灌裝精度更高(gāo)。
Filling valve is controlled by pneumatic valve, and filling accu♣racy is higher.
灌裝量和(hé)灌裝速度均可(kě)任意調節。
The filling quantity and filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily.
灌裝悶頭采用(yòng)防拉絲及升降灌裝裝置。
Filling stuffing head adopts anti-drawing and lifting filling device.
