制(zhì)藥行(xíng)業(yè)應用(yòng):蠕動泵在制(zhì)藥行(xíng)業(yè)的(de)應用(yòng)主要(yào)用(yòng)于藥物(wù)包衣≤制(zhì)粒和(hé)藥業(yè)分(fēn)裝上(shàng)。噴霧幹燥制(zhì)粒機(jī)也(yě)叫幹燥制(zσhì)粒機(jī)和(hé)流化(huà)床制(zhì)粒機(jī)，是(shì)用(yòng)來(lái)将各種顆粒速溶物(wù)料表面噴塗特制(zhì)糖衣，幹α燥後形成顆粒的(de)機(jī)器(qì)。這(zhè)些(xiē)制(zhì)粒機(jī)本身(shēn)具體(tǐ)幹燥熱(rè)源，可(kě)以起到(d♣ào)蒸發水(shuǐ)份的(de)目的(de)，但(dàn)是(shì)水(shuǐ)份蒸發和(hé)顆粒形成是(shì)動态的(de)關系，因此需要(yào)噴入的(de)液體(±tǐ)和(hé)水(shuǐ)份量要(yào)非常精确，确保顆粒的(de)一(yī)定濕度從(cóng)而有(yǒu)利于顆粒的(de)完美(měi)形成。
Application in pharmaceutical industry: peristaltic pump is mainly used in dr'ug coating and granulation and sub packaging in pharmaceutic®al industry. Spray drying granulator, also called dry granulaδtor and fluidized bed granulator, is used to spray granules on the surface of all  kinds of granulated instant materials and to form granules a≥fter drying. The specific drying heat source of these granulato™rs can achieve the purpose of evaporation of water, but the relaεtionship between water evaporation and particle formation is dynamic, so the amount of liquid→ and water to be injected must be very accurate to ensure≠ a certain humidity of particles, which is conducive​ to the perfect formation of particles.
