灌裝蠕動泵由主傳動系統、進瓶系統、泵頭組及灌裝分(fēn)配組組成的(de)灌裝系統，供塞組及壓塞組組成的(de)帶塞系統，電(diàn)器(qì)控制(zhì)系統所組成，結構新穎合理(lǐ)。
The filling peristaltic pump consists of a filling system consisting of a main drive system, a bottle feeding system, a pump head group and a filling distribution grβoup, a plug system consisting of a plug supply group and a plug press‌ure group, and an electrical control system. Its structure is∑ novel and reasonable.
灌裝蠕動泵泵源采用(yòng)蠕動泵，充分(fēn)利用(yòng)蠕動泵的(de)特點，結構簡單，其泵體(tǐ)無接觸藥液的(de)地(dì)方，因此無需對(duì£)泵體(tǐ)進行(xíng)清洗消毒。灌裝蠕動泵是(shì)由步進電(diàn)機(jī)或者伺服電(diàn)機(jī)驅動，PLC控制(zhì)達到(δdào)調整裝量簡便，隻輸入相(xiàng)應的(de)數(shù)字即可(kě)，可(kě)實現(xiàn)在工(gōng)作(zuò)狀态♣下(xià)随時(shí)調整，精度可(kě)達±2%采用(yòng)模塊化(huà)結構，每個(gè)單元4個(gè)通(tōng)道(dào)，可(kě)擴展至4單元(16通(tōng)→道(dào))，共用(yòng)一(yī)個(gè)控制(zhì)器(qì)。
The pump source of filling peristaltic pump adopts peristaltic pump. It makes full ÷use of the characteristics of peristaltic pump. It has simple structure and no contact wi±th medicine liquid. Therefore, it is not necessary to↕ clean and disinfect the pump body. The filling peristaltic pump is driven by stepping moto₽r or servo motor. It is easy to adjust the filling quantity by PLC co∏ntrol. It can adjust at any time in working state by inputting correspond•ing numbers. The precision can reach (+2%) by modular structure. Each unit has four channels and ₹can be extended to four units (16 channels) with a common controller.
